To provide this fancy, artistic, cute look, a good bath & blow out is very important. We hand-dry them and straighten the coat (yes, just like humans), then fluff them up to give the coat volume. That's how we create that perfect round muzzle, round face, and ears.

We are a drop-off service. Please allow about 3–4 hours for a bath & haircut (doodles and larger breeds may take longer) and about 1.5–2.5 hours for a bath & brush. If de-matting is involved, please ask for an estimate. If you need them back faster, ask about straight-through service (first appointment only).

Yes — we call it a "straight-through" appointment, offered only on our first appointment slot. The groomer starts right away when you drop off in the morning, and we'll call you about 20 minutes before we finish so you can head back. Please stay nearby — if you don't return right away, they'll have to wait in the kennel.

It's hard to say without seeing your pooch. We'll let you know at drop-off whether the matting is brushable. Please remember there's an extra charge to brush them out. If the condition is really bad, we can only offer to shave it down very short (like a summer cut).

Yes. Normal shampoo doesn't kill fleas or ticks, so we must use flea/tick shampoo to prevent transfer to other clients' pets. There will be a $15–$25 charge as soon as we spot them. We usually call to notify you of the extra charge, but the flea charge is non-negotiable.

Sorry, we do not offer haircut-only service. Bathing and fluffing the coat are the most important part of the process for creating a cute, fluffy Japanese style — so a professional bath & fluff at the salon is required.

We charge $30 for no-shows or last-minute cancellations. Please give us at least 24 hours' notice to avoid the fee.

We understand things happen, but if we've tried contacting you several times and it's past closing, we charge a late pick-up fee of $1 per minute. If you're running behind, please contact us immediately.
